Your store shouldn't run your life.

I build and maintain the operations small ecommerce brands run on — fulfillment, inventory, listings, email and automation — so the day-to-day keeps moving without you standing over it.

A 20-minute video breakdown of your store. No call, no pitch.

Two years running ecommerce logistics Shopify · Amazon FBA · ShipStation · Klaviyo Richmond, Kentucky

You didn't start a business to babysit software.

Most small stores don't need another tool. They need the tools they already pay for to actually work together — and someone to keep them working.

  • Orders get re-keyed by hand between systems
  • Inventory numbers can't quite be trusted
  • Bestsellers go out of stock without warning
  • Listings haven't been touched since launch
  • The same five customer questions, every single day
  • Email is set up, but the flows were never built
  • Nothing runs unless you're the one running it

I don't sell you software. I make your store run on it.

Every engagement starts with a one-time build, where I set up the systems your store actually needs. Then a monthly retainer keeps them tuned, monitored and improving. You're not buying my hours — you're buying an operation that holds together when you step away from it.

What most people sell you

Hours. A virtual assistant clicking through your admin, or a consultant with a slide deck and a strategy you still have to implement yourself. When they stop, everything stops with them.

What you get here

Systems that keep running whether I'm at my desk or not — built once, documented, then maintained. The retainer keeps them sharp as your catalog and volume change.

Nine parts of your operation, scored and fixed in order.

I audit each area on a 1–5 scale, weight it by how much it's costing you, and we start with whatever's bleeding the most. No guessing, no generic checklist.

Order fulfillment

Automated routing, rate shopping, FBA inbound workflow, branded tracking notifications.

Inventory

Real-time accuracy, reorder-point alerts, multi-channel sync, deadstock visibility.

Product listings

SEO and keyword work, bulk refresh workflows, cross-channel consistency, AI generation.

Customer service

Macro libraries, returns automation, catalog-trained chatbots that deflect the repeat questions.

Email & marketing

Klaviyo flows that actually earn — welcome, abandoned cart, post-purchase, winback.

Multi-channel

Orders, stock and listings synced across every place you sell, without manual reconciliation.

Data & reporting

An automated weekly dashboard, demand forecasting, decisions made on numbers instead of gut.

Operational resilience

Documented runbooks so the business doesn't live in your head — or in one employee's.

Fulfillment strategy

Cost-per-order benchmarking and a roadmap for when it's time to move to a 3PL.

Builds are half up front, half on delivery, and take two to three weeks. Retainers run a three-month minimum, then month to month — cancel any time after that. Annual prepay saves 10%.

Three steps. No mystery.

Free audit

I record a 20-minute walkthrough of your store, score all nine operational areas, and show you the three things costing you the most. Yours to keep regardless.

Build

Pick a tier. I set your systems up over two to three weeks and document how every piece works, so nothing lives only in my head.

Retainer

Everything stays monitored, tuned and improving as your catalog and volume change. You get a written read every month.

Stag Systems

Who's behind this.

I'm Cam. I spent two years managing logistics and operations for an Ohio ecommerce company — the orders, the inventory, the systems that break the week volume spikes and the fixes that keep them from breaking twice. Before that, the trades: electrical work, fabrication, a commercial license. I build things that hold up.

Now I do that for small ecommerce brands who need their back end to be as reliable as their product. I'm based in Richmond, Kentucky, and I keep the client list short on purpose — the stores I work with get real attention, not a ticket number.

Questions worth asking.

Do you take over my customer service?

No. I build the systems that handle the routine — chatbots, macros, routing, returns — but I don't monitor your inbox or process individual orders day to day. That keeps me focused on making your operation better instead of just running it in place.

What if I'm not on Amazon?

Not a problem. The systems work across Shopify, multi-channel setups and FBA. We build around wherever you actually sell.

How long does a build take?

Two to three weeks from kickoff for most stores, depending on tier and how much cleanup the existing setup needs.

Is there a contract?

The build is a one-time project. The retainer runs a three-month minimum, then goes month to month — cancel any time after that.

How big does my store need to be?

This works best for brands doing roughly $250k to $2M a year. If you're smaller, I'll tell you honestly and point you toward what makes more sense for you right now.

What happens if my ops person quits?

On Growth Engine, that's already planned for: a documented runbook means a new hire is productive in a week, and I'll onboard a replacement into your systems from a bench of VAs I've vetted. I don't cover inboxes myself, but I make sure you're never stranded.
